This is a good designer who did a line for Target this Spring. The shoes were originally $16.99 but they sold out quickly in stores. I bought these and another pair in a size 10 but they never really fit Kate. She wore these once on Mother's day.
They are adorable green patent leather with pink metal flowers with a little bee.
